Students must maintain regular attendance in all classes.
Admissions are subject to cancellation in case of continuous long absence (15 days) without prior permission.
School and Hostel fees must be paid systematically between the 1st and 10th of every month.
Leave requests are generally restricted, except for sibling weddings or critical emergencies.
Rules and guidelines may change from time to time at the discretion of the school management.
The school administration holds no liability for schedule disruptions caused by acts of God.

Four recent passport size photographs of the student, parents, and local guardians
Local Parents' Photograph and valid identification proof (Aadhaar/Voter ID)
Parents are allowed to visit and meet their ward only on the designated Sunday of the month.
Visitors must log their proper names and details in the entry register at the guard house.
Phone calls are permitted on Sunday scheduled hours (9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM).
Directly contacting hostel mentors or teachers is prohibited; meetings must be arranged in the school office.
Prior written permission must be secured from the administration to visit the hostel or school campus.
