01. Admissions and Class Regularity

Admission to Bharti Lotus Public School is subject to fulfilling the mandatory eligibility criteria and submitting required certifications. Students are expected to maintain strict regularity in their classes. The school administration reserves the right to cancel admission in case of unauthorized absence exceeding fifteen consecutive working days without prior written approval.

02. Fee Settlement and Dues

All academic tuition fees, transport fees, and boarding/hostel fees must be settled systematically. Monthly dues must be cleared between the 1st and 10th day of each calendar month. Delays in payment may invite fine surcharges, or result in temporary suspension of administrative and school amenities.

03. Code of Student Conduct

Bharti Lotus Public School strives to maintain a disciplined and high-standard academic environment:

• Students must arrive in neat, clean, and complete school uniforms. Failure to do so will result in students being restricted from entering their respective classrooms.
• To cultivate global standards and communication skills, students must speak in English inside classrooms and are encouraged to maintain this practice outside.
• Leaving the school campus during lunch hours is strictly prohibited. All day scholars must bring their lunchboxes and water bottles from home.

04. Prohibited Materials and Dress Restrictions

To prevent distractions and preserve focus:

• Students are strictly prohibited from bringing mobile phones, electronic gadgets, smartwatches, or tablets to the campus.
• Wearing gold, precious stones, or expensive ornaments is not allowed.
• Cosmetic enhancements, including lipsticks, nail polish, or excessive makeup, are not permitted.
• Exchange of gifts or birthday presents inside the school grounds is prohibited.

05. Parent and Guardian Visits

Parents and local guardians of hostel boarders are permitted to visit their wards only on designated Sundays as per the authorized schedule. All visitors must register their name and contact details at the guardhouse security desk. Directly meeting or calling teachers during working hours is restricted; all interactions must be pre-arranged with the consent of the Principal or school management.

06. Amendments and Act of God

The school management reserves the right to modify rules, guidelines, calendar structures, and fee schedules from time to time. Bharti Lotus Public School shall not be held responsible for closures, disruptions, or cancellations of classes caused by acts of God, extreme weather events, health epidemics, or unexpected state/municipal directives.
